Observation in McCafé @ Titiwangsa

Around 2.30pm I arrive at Titiwangsa@McDonald. 

There are have lot of customers and the seats are limited.

At last, I found a place that easy for me to hide and record the videos.( like a spy)

Unfortunely, I can't find any plug at there at ground floor~ 

But still have to sit now and started to record my 10 videos,

which 15minits per video to investigate who are the customers of McCafé

This observation video is to conduct my business research assignment.

Story of McCafé

McCafé is a coffee-house-style food and drink chain, owned by McDonald's. It is created and launched in Melbourne, Australiain 1993 by McDonald's Licensee Ann Brown,[1] the chain reflects a consumer trend towards espresso coffees.[2]

Reports indicated that McCafé outlets generated 15% more revenue than a regular McDonalds[3] and, by 2003, were the largest coffee shop brand in Australia and New Zealand.

On June 16, 2012, McDonald's launched the first McCafé Malaysia in Kota Damansara, with a few others subsequently opening in the Bandar Utama, Subang Jaya, Titiwangsa (the outlet i do my research), and Taman Connaught outlets - all currently located in Klang Valley.

In December 2012, McDonald's announced that it would be bringing the McCafé brand and line of products to all of the McDonald's restaurants in the United Kingdom. This would include the addition of iced frappés, iced fruit smoothies and a rebranding of the standard McDonald's coffee to "McCafé."That's why now Malaysia's McDonalds do also have this extra cafe bar~

This blog are made for ABDM 4064 Business Research subject which is my coursework assignment. 

Recently, i have found something which is new to me, the McCafé under McDonald! So, I choose it as my research company! There is not much McCafé's outlets in KL. The nearest one is at Jalan Pahang, Titiwangsa because my hostel is at Taman Danau.
